What Would You Do? (Quest 6)

What would you do if a decision you make is bound for heartaches in the future?

Do you still opt for that decision though knowingly predicted the future of it?

Do you opt for that decision in faith that whatever happens next is probably something you can control or change?
Do you opt for that decision with the effort to prevent the prediction from befalling?
Do you opt for that decision simply because you wanted to, you loved to?
Do you opt for that decision after a serious long thoughts over it?

OR

Do you avoid making the decision because you fear of what the future holds?
Do you avoid in hopes that situations will be less complicated before you need to make the decision again?
Do you avoid because you wanna save all the hurt to yourself and to the people around you?
Do you avoid because you have had enough of thinking and would just loved to forget about it?

What would you do?

actually it took me about more than 20 min to understand and comment on your post : i really like the quote that many great people understood and , i guess it is the secret behind their marvelous contribution for the human kind .. one of them is stev jobs when he told his story about death ,,, he said .."When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything Ð all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart" :that exactly what i would do
our time is limited, so no need to waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Haha...i refrained myself from commenting coz I wanna avoid making an essay..:)...but since mr(miss) anonymous here did it, haha..

these are good questions to ask oneself. but ultimately, in the end, it all comes down to one person and one person only..you..do whatever you want, whatever you feel right, whatever at all..like that nike ad tells us, "just do it"..and as the saying goes, "those who matter wont mind, and those who mind dont matter"..hehe..

it's true some of our decision in life might bring us down..but for me, the decisions I made all my life till now have brought me this far, so I value each and everyone of them..it's ok if it brings you down though, as long as you know that the important thing is not to let it keep you down...

wauuu...listen to me rant..haha..

I will give it a try as long as my decision will not affect others. I know it's kinda hard to make a decision, but after you've made the decision, you gonna answer it, you gonna face it no matter it bring a good or bad consequence.Nobody else will do it for you. So just follow what ya think it's right.
